Cocktail Corner: Caipirinha

The Caipirinha is a ninja favorite, and is almost guaranteed to be ordered if it's on the menu. Caipirinha is the national drink of Brazil, made with cachaça, sugar, and lime. Cachaça is the a rum made out of sugarcane derived products, versus the normal molasses derivation of typical rums. (Sidenote: dearest ninja readers, I'm a licensed bartender. I promise I would never lead you astray in this category.) This makes the rum lighter in my opinion, and has a nice summer taste. You know it's a good one when it's garnished with sugarcane; however lime is an acceptable option for a garnish. This is a mincemeat stickfigure darlings - five stars.
